Parrots

Alex sorts through a selection of material before announcing his choice: wool. There's nothing unusual about displaying good taste in fabric—unless you're a parrot! But scientists are discovering that parrots are, in fact, smart enough to make simple choices. Researchers also are discovering that parrots may even understand some of the words they use.
