Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. For authorization, please contact customer service at orders@brainstormlibrary.com or 888-960-1346. Be sure to have your P.O. number, reference number, or invoice number on hand. Merchandise must be in saleable condition. Processed books are not returnable if processed according to your instructions.
