compensation: Base + sales commission and annual performance bonus

Brainstorm Library sells nonfiction and fiction books to schools and libraries. Our product offering and service allow us to stand out in a crowded market.

We seek an Inside Sales Manager to oversee all sales operations, manage and train inside sales representatives, and form strong relationships with partner publishers.

Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience in an inside sales environment
• Experience using Salesforce to track, manage, and report on a sales pipeline
• A positive attitude and willingness to meet challenges with confidence
• Strong time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• A sharp attention to detail
• Ability to work collegially within a team structure
• Experience with education, curriculum, and/or library publishing a plus
• Team management a plus
